The principal Dennis Cardwell began his career in the industry as a carpenter in 1972 and through the years has worked in all facets of residential development, as a developer, engineering contractor, and framing contractor for numerous housing developers in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties. He holds both A and B contractors license classifications.
